So I remembered that my old friend Nanci Dickman (formerly Schade) from BYU now lives in Wisconsin, and I had a chance to go see her and her two boys today. I was afraid initially we wouldn't have much to talk about except old times at the BYU, but it was like no time had passed at all. Nanci is still her sweet, bubbly, friendly self. I just love her! I can't believe she and Ryan have a 4 and a 2 year old...
It was so much fun to see her! She really is one of the best people I know, and a true testament to visiting teaching. (She was my visiting teacher, and we became pals because of it.)
